Need help on a apexi V-AFC

I have a 93 civic 1.6L vtech. I put the vafc on my car to help with tunning it. I am so confused on what to do. I need someone to help explain to me what each setting will do. I understand some of it but there are the fine details that i need help with. so if anyone can help me with that it would be much appreciated.
