Default Need help after T belt

Hello all, new here and to hondas.
I have a question about my new (to me) car. I recently bought a 94 ex. I started using it daily after fixing some wire issues (I bought the car for $50 because the guy thought the ecm went bad, it was a ground).
I was driving it on the freeway when it just died. pulled over and tried to crank it and it was free spinning. I got it towed home and popped the cover off to see all the teeth on the t belt were gone.
I pulled it all down, and the water pump was frozen solid. Replaced the t belt, water pump, crank and cam seals.
I have all-data so I followed the replacement instructions.
I started it up and the thing runs so bad. I swear it shakes out of the car.
Pulled it all down and checked it again all the marks line up.
It was running great before it died. I'm going to tear my hair out.
Help.......please. lol my truck is killing me in gas.

Check the ride for Cam shaft timing, bad cam timing may result in engine vibration. Also check for faulty spark plugs. Faulty spark plugs prevents the combustion process and causes the vehicle to misfire which further results in engine vibration. Check all the Engine mountings, any damaged or poor mounting results in severe vibration. Verify that all the hoses i.e. Air intake hose and Vacuum hose are properly fitted. Inspect the fuel delivery system and set the idling screw to its optimum value, poor value of idling screw can be the cause of vibration.

If the water pump locked up, timing belt messed and the engine sounds terrible.....more than likely there are internal damages within the engine. Rebuild time.

You need to know if a piston kissed a valve and made sweet sweet love.
If they did, that dirty harlot of a valve needs replaced.

Yes as he said ^ you may have bent some valves via pistons.

Unless you have damaged a piston, you probably can service the head, drop the pan, hone cyclinders, swap rings and con rod bearings. You will end up with a mostly fresh engine. Maybe change the belt tensioner too.

I just went through this man - I feel your pain.

Yeah I'm going to do a compression test in about an hour. I'll post up what the numbers are.
As far as a whole rebuild I don,t have the money or time for that. If it is a few valves I can pull the head and replace them.
One weird thing to note though is that all 3 timing marks on the cam line up and from all the things I have seen the 2 for the head aren't supposed to. I am going off of the pointer on the back cover. Could that mark be off and I'm a tooth off?
Meh, I need lunch then I'll do the test.
Be back soon. Thanks for the help..

Well crapjacks. I have 130, 0, 120, 135. So Yeah, valves.
What are the chances that the valves are bent but the piston is good? I really don't want to pull this thing all the way down.

pull the head and see might as well...takes an hour or 2 for a beginner not even... plus it's a good learning experience taking the head off one of the first "big things" I did when I first got my first car lol. I had no real clue what I was doing I just wanted to learn had it all back together the next day thanks to H-T

I hope the piston is ok. And I've done all kinds of motor work. I used to be a mechanic I just haven't worked on hondas ever. If you need anything done to a Ford or Audi I can tell you all bout them. lol

Well to relieve some headache this will be your easiest valve job ever compared to what you worked on before. Pull the head and replace the valves and seals.

Yeah I had to look it up because the all-data isn't as good as it used to be. Doesn't even have steps for valve replacement or torque specks for the rockers. Man it's gone down hill since Autozone bought them.
It doesn't look too bad. I might just slap some valves in and run it till winter and do a full rebuild because I have to drive the 4wd in the snow anyway.

All-Data may not have the info but here you go:
