buy a good shop manual for the car it has step buy step instructions on how to do a valve adjustment. Look under the hood there will be sticker with the valve spec on it adjust each valve to spec using a feeler gauge. Doyour adjustments when the engine is cold, overnight cold is best.

umm this is a jdm engine, its not its stock one, and where can i buy a manual for this engine?

The only difference will be the gaps, that's the only thing you will need.
Have you taken the valve cover off to see if it is any different?
