Step up from what?
Will it run good against what?
Why would the hp be any different?
Shouldn't rev be the same as what it was in its original car?

No rev wouldn’t be the same cause this Ek come with single cam motor if you didn’t know rev wouldn’t be the same cause it’s a B16 tran if yiu didn’t know that I don’t know why you on here rev not the same and I just ask how would it run not against anyone just wanted to know if it will push alot better then a single cam

If I understood everything you were asking correctly, kind of hard to follow.
-Compared to the stock single cam, the b20 will look/feel like a beast. Still not a power house, but the additional torque and hp will make the car a lot more fun to drive.
-Your hp/whp will more than likely be what the engine was stock, your bolt ons you listed really won't gain you much without other supporting mods, such as a tune, cams, exhaust, etc...Once you throw a vtec cylinder head on it & once again get an appropriate tune it will really wake it up.
-Assuming your b16 transmission is from USDM car, example: 99-00 Civic Si, and your tire height is similar to the 195/55/r15 that car came with, your rpms at 70mph should be approx 4k.
-Your rev limit as the b20 sits now should be whatever it is stock, I am not sure what ecu you are running or planning on running. But if it is a stock ecu, then you are limited to whatever the factory rev limit is and what the stock bottom end can handle.
