Need Help 1997 Civic 2 Door!
Hey guys im new
Well i have a 1997 honda civic 2 door and i need airbags for the wheel and the passenger dash. I was wondering if anyone can tell me more about it. From what i here i need an srs module or something like that and it has to be a specific one for the airbag or something like that. Id be grateful if someone can help me .
Is it possible that i get the airbags and the srs module separately? or do i need to buy them together
don't flame im just new to all this
Also if anyone could kindly direct me as to where i could buy the airbags

Dealership. Pretty sure it's the only place you get airbags and srs unit. You might be able to find the srs unit used. And yes you can get all of the airbags and srs unit separately from the dealership.

I believe the SRS computer connects to other things under the dash with this big yellow wiring/plugs(may have some black on it also). Go to a junkyard and look under the driver side dash and start unplugging the big yellow plugs and find where they connect to the SRS computer. take the airbags from the car and then you have what you need.

Try a junkyard or car-part.com to find used parts around you. Don't go paying a thousand bucks for these things. I could get one at the local pick-and-pull for $35.
I'm not sure why you would need a module though, unless you have a known failure with yours.
