ok here is my situation. I boutht a 95 civic coupe with no engine, its a canadian version. I lost my 99 civic in a fire, guess someone really hated me. The car was total but everything in the engine was good. I took the engine from the 99 and drop it in the 95. I was told by some pretty good tuner in NY and other places that I need the engine harness from the 95 (mind u the 95 did not have an engine or any wire harness only the interior dash harness). I got the harness, the injector, the dist. everything is pluged in and install a new battery, but the car won't kick over. It sound like (u know when a battery is dead and just crank but won't go over). This is exactly my problem, keep in mind that its a new battery. I was thinking it might be the fireing sequence of the 95 distributer. I don't know the fireing sequence for this car.
