Whats the year and trim level of the car? Stock engine or swap? I can get you the part numbers with that info.

My bet is it'd be listed under "body / air conditioning". You don't need to know what the screws are called. Enter in "CIVIC", "1994", etc.

I think I figured out which one it is, but I'm not sure.

the bolt labeled 20 (should be the one you need) is part number 78215, BOLT, FLANGE (8X105)

They're $5.22 each from the dealer, you need 4 total.
