The exhaust system (header, b-pipe and muffler) are held on with nuts and bolts and rubber exhaust hangers. It's one of those things that's so simple on the car that the manual doesn't even go over it iirc.
There will also be two oxygen sensors. One is right behind the catalytic converter (which on a CX/DX/LX with the D16Y7 is part of your exhaust manifold aka header). The other is on the header, pre-cat. These oxygen sensors (O2 sensors) will need to be removed using an oxygen sensor socket, which is a socket with a slot up the side so you don't crush the wiring.

Or you can unplug them first and take them out after you take off the exhaust, it's easier than trying to fit a long socket in the confined spaces. Mine was mostly 14mm and 12mm bolts. Wear gloves and glasses because I got cut and so much crap fell into my eyes

Depends on the car. I've seen some O2 sensors where the section you want to grab a hold of is sunken behind the heat shield.
Bumping the O2 sensor when removing the entire header could possibly damage the O2 sensor as well.

I used an o2 sensor socket after I took it off anyways, a wrench would probably strip it. I ended up using a 1/2" to 3/8" adaptor and an 1/2" breaker bar because it was seized in there
