There are amny different schools of thought on oil.
I use quaker fully synthetic. I change the filter every 2500 miles and I change the oil every 7500.
Car runs like a champ, I've been doing it like that for over a year now.

oil and oil filter of course. royal purple is the **** in my book it's just expensive as hell. if you change the plugs. go with ngk you can get them from your local honda dealer. your air filter. i really don't think it matters which one you get. you can get that poweradder one from autozone for 20 bucks or you can get a k&n from there for about 40. it's your choice
