need to find this axle, please help, 2000 civic si
I'm trying to find an axle for my 2000 civic si. Auto-zone sucks ***. Honda wants 600$ for it. Maybe some other auto-parts store, or auto-zone themselves might have it just listed under a different car. Anyways, the honda parts number is:
44305-sam-04-j10
auto zone has: 8082 which is WRONG.
Oh, here's a pic too (it's the one on the top, the bottom one is what autozone claims is the proper replacement):
I don't have 600$ to replace this thing and I need my damn car back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: need to find this axle, please help, 2000 civic si (SFC)
Looks like they gave you a driver side axle and it looks like you need a passenger side axle. Take it back and get it exchanged for the right one. I believe autozone or whatever has a lifetime replacement policy on there axles so I would buy from them.

You can use any 94+ Integra axles too, even if there is ABS on the axle, you can still use it since there isn't ABS on Si's. Autozone and Checker/Kragen offer axles with and without ABS, and they are remanufactured. New ones are 200 or so from them
