I'm asking all those that converted their auto ecu to manual to please let me what to do to change. Also comments/ pictures helps. Especially, JDM P30 ecu auto to manual. Thanks.

What you did to make the change?
How did it run?
Any problems?

There was a thread about this either earlier today or yesterday. It was talking about taking out 3 resistors and putting a new one in. Search it's out there, just don't remember where.

According to pgmfi, on the jdm ecu, all you need to do is desolder the resistor in RP18, which is 2.4k?. Then replace it with a 1.4k? resistor. You can get one at radioshack.

Maybe if Blundar, katman, or Adrian sees this they can confirm.

On a usdm ecu, you simply remove RP17 and RP18, and add a jumper to RP18.

I need to know this too.. is that correct anyone? My P30 is a smaller-sized ECU, compared to the lardass rectangular P07 that came out, with an extra board inside.
