Default Need brake help!

ok here is my problem. i am doing an auto to manual swap with in this month. so i decided to go ahead a put on the manual brake pedal assembley. but when i did that it seems like i have no brakes now. ive bleed the breaks twice. i even flushed out all the old brake fluid. but i still have to push the brake all the way down to get any kind of reaction. its driving me crazy. i am going to try to adjust the bracket on the booster that connects it to the pedal and see is that helps. but im not sure. so any info or advise will help out greatly.

oh and i have a full gsr suspension on my hatch. with a tegs booster and MC. and a 99 si 40/40 value.

thanks
