2000 ITR front calipers
2004 TSX front pads
2007 Mini Cooper 11” rotors
Rear EP3 caliper brackets, rotors, and pads
reuse your old rear calipers

Re: Need brake upgrade
Also, You can mill the front itr caliper bracket 3.2mm on mounting surface to the hub, I can find pics of mine. that way you can use itr pads all around. Some report an overhang with the cooper rotor, and you won't need to use a hub centric ring with the itr bracket. Stock 15' integra wheels will work with this setup. It's what I have and have used LS mesh, sunflowers, 6uls, and Kosei K1s. this gives me 11.1" front, 10.3 rear 4x100, this mimics the 98+ ITR brakes just not 5 lug.
EDIT: if you don't use the cooper rotor, you will need a 4gen Prelude Vtec rotors redrilled to 4x100. (I think 93-96 or something like that)

Re: Need brake upgrade
I would recommend rear rsx type s calipers to match (itr rears might work as well can't remember 100%), as the stock rear caliper won"t have long enough "fingers" or whatever they are called to press on the entire brake pad, however if you use rsx type s they will be upside down and need to be flipped in order to bleed (so it's a trade-off).

Re: Need brake upgrade
94-01 Integra rear trailing arms, as they are easiest and most abundant to source, rsx-s caliper/bracket, 02-03 Civic si rear rotor (basically the 4-lug ep3, at some point the ep3 went factory 5-lug), then you cam get 10.3 rear pad (itr, tsx, ep3, etc) I think you can also use the rear ITR caliper with this setup too, then you don’t have to invert the caliper to bleed.
