Once again, your transmission doesn't have LSD if it's the stock transmission. No matter how much you think it has LSD, or how much anyone has told you it is; it's not unless it's an aftermarket LSD or not a USDM transmission. Honda never sold a Civic with a D-series engine that had LSD, here in North America. That is a fact.

With that out of the way. You'll use the stock engine harness, or you could use a '96-'01 Integra engine harness but the stock harness will be easiest. The '96-'00 Civic harness is a 1-piece, unlike the 2-piece of the '92-'95 Civic and Integras, so you can't use it in your car. With the stock harness, you can use your stock distributor, it will bolt right up & has the plugs to match. Use the stock injectors and alternator as well.

For the ECU, you have a couple options. You can use a '92-'95 Si/EX P28, get your stock ECU chipped for VTEC and the correct maps, or buy an OBD1 to OBD2(A or B depending on the year of the ECU) and get the P2P ('96-'00 EX) ECU. But it'd be cheaper and easier to get the P28 or chip your stock ECU.
