Need alittle Help on deciding to get Motor Mounts or not (yes I searched, just look!)

Need alittle Help on deciding to get Motor Mounts or not (yes I searched, just look!)
Hey Guys,
I just got done looking in the search and have a few more questions that weren't addressed.
Quick Background My Block is out getting sleeved and all that jazz. My goal is to make 300+ whp (more like 325whp and 200+TQ) in my 00 Si (B16A2) with a Precision Turbo.

Since the mounts already have 72k miles on them, and seeing that the engine is out, I decided to make it easier on myself and look into replacing the mounts. After searching I've noticed that 95% of everyone complains about the vibrations at idle and more when turning the A/C on.
The questions I have are:
1. Whats the difference between SOLID and a Poly mount/inserts?
2. How effective is the 3M Window Weld method Vs Poly Inserts?
3. Just Get Energy Suspension Inserts?
4. The rear is the most important mount because it's the mount where most of the torque from the engine will be absorbed. Should I look into getting a HASport Rear mount and fill the remaining with the 3M? Or just do one HASport.
Like I said, I don't mind if there's "some" vibration, I just don't want my car to feel like a washing machine on spin cycle Does anyone have these and could comment either way? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
