So I bought a 96 civic few months back B20b turbo lsd , 10psi tuned on idk what software but its close to 300hp . The car needs alot of body work , rust of wheel wells , new doors ,inside needs alot cosmetic work too. The main issue tho is that the car has a obd2 to obd1 harness on it running an obd1 comp im gessing. The prob is no scanner can read it to inspect it because its tuned and being a 96 its obd2 . Thus meaning I need emissions **** . I have no cat nor oxy sensor. Should I find a nice 95 civic and do a motor swap or sell and just find something else? How do you guys get ur rides inspected with boosted and tuned cars?
