---Need Advice on a car with no paint.----
I am about to pick up an EJ that has no paint, in places it has been sanded right down to the metal and has some surface rust... is this going to make the paint process more difficult? More expensive? or does this not really matter much to a body shop? note. im NOT painting it myself.

It depends where you take it. If you take it somewhere that does a thorough job, they like to take it down to bare metal anyway. If you plan on taking it to MAACO or something, it might turn out looking like ****, because they usually just slap the paint on right over any imperfections might be there. I don't think they even use primer.

they do use primer if you want them to. i cant see not having paint being a problem especially if you take it to a decent body shop.
