Default nasty grinding noise when letting off the throttle on my 97 ex coupe

i have a bone stock coupe and its making a grinding sound when im in gear and let off the gas, it is pretty loud and two shops told me it was my tranny, so i swapped it out the other day and put a new throw out bearing and it STILL makes this annoying noise. i have replaced both axles and the tranny so far and my problem is still there. anyone ever had this happen to them? and how can i fix it? thanks guys

i dont think its a wheels bearing because it doesnt make that kind of noise, i have an integra that needa wheel bearing and it sounds alot different.

IF you do take it off agian...i know it sux but. if you do have to i would check the clutch if you find that that bearing is perfectly fine.
i just got done fixing my car (had to take the tranny off 4x)..nightmare...gravel. no ground clearance, in the rain...ugghh. well good luck.
