Default Name this stock rim

it is like the si but has 6 spokes. dont know what car and need to know. i think it is 2000+ civic.the rims are crome and tire size are 195 65 R15(will they fit a 95 civic)

99-00 civic si came with this rims.
they use 195/50/15 and yes they will fit civic from 88-00 and integras from 87-01

so these rims and tires will not fit my 95 civic coupe it has stock suppension

With the H logo in the middle it basically rules out Acura OEM wheels. It's probably a "dealer option" Honda wheel that you could "upgrade" to if the car you were buying came with steelies or smaller alloys wheels. Back when I bought my car in 97 there were 3 or 4 "Genuine Honda" dealer options, I think one of them looked like that wheel.

those kinda look like tyhe rims on my friends 00 accord se(ithink its an 00)

and if they are they wont fit cause there are 4x113 and civic are 4x100

nope, they are 13mm bigger between lug holes to make it easier for you

Your 95 civic is 4x100 like all recent model Civics (obviously 2006+ use 5 lugs).

If it's 4x113 then there's no way to make it fit without quite a bit of work. If it involves what I'm picturing you could buy a set of 4x100 wheels for less than the parts you'd need to convert it to make them fit.
