Name this stock rim
it is like the si but has 6 spokes. dont know what car and need to know. i think it is 2000+ civic.the rims are crome and tire size are 195 65 R15(will they fit a 95 civic)

With the H logo in the middle it basically rules out Acura OEM wheels. It's probably a "dealer option" Honda wheel that you could "upgrade" to if the car you were buying came with steelies or smaller alloys wheels. Back when I bought my car in 97 there were 3 or 4 "Genuine Honda" dealer options, I think one of them looked like that wheel.

Your 95 civic is 4x100 like all recent model Civics (obviously 2006+ use 5 lugs).
If it's 4x113 then there's no way to make it fit without quite a bit of work. If it involves what I'm picturing you could buy a set of 4x100 wheels for less than the parts you'd need to convert it to make them fit.
