Name Of Paint For 92-95 4-Door Dark Bluish Green !RARE COLOR!(G-71P)
does anyone know the name of this color pictured on this 4-door ex civic. is it maybe granada green. i remember hearing that name and i dont know if thats it . i was thinking it was the the same color that comes on the SIR-S eg6's in japan. but not sure . .
by the way, it is original paint. so dont tell me its not. its a rare color. i know that . . the car is mines and im looking to sell it. so as soon as i find out the actual name of the color ill be posting it for sale.

There's no "beef". Honda just has multiple names for some colors.
Just like Starlight Black Pearl on the Civic Type R is the same exact color as Flamenco Black Pearl on the USDM Civics. Just like what the EPC calls New Blue Pearl on the del Sols, we usually call Captiva Blue Pearl.

Do people even read the thread?
The color name has been determined. No need to keep giving him links to find it, or making vague suggestions.
It's Isle / Lausanne. End of story.

If you are talking to me, I was just linking a great, definitive resource to find out any color/paint code there are questions on.
And yes... I did read the whole thread.

Not really. Sometimes certain markets use certain names, but I know Isle is used in the EPC, but Lausanne seems better known here anyway.
I've heard of parts being bought at US dealerships that say they're Starlight, even though most every other source in the US would call it Flamenco.
Also, I think you made a typo. You said "Honda Japan" and then followed with the contrast being "US Japan".

While it can often be a good source, it also lists many colors from other countries. So in the event someone does not have a color code, they might narrow down a color to be wrong because they're colors from all over the world, plus their samples next to the names are misleading.
