Ask yourself this, do you want the muffler to last for awhile? More often then not, the quality of knock offs on ebay is very bad. I'd go with a legit model, or get something like a magnaflow es oval deal, with a resonator in the system they sound good and flow well.

I have one. It sounds as loud as a real N1 race car when you dont have the silencer in it!!!. But it's a good sound. And plus, I'm running without a catalytic converter so that doesn't help. But go for it. For 40 bucks...damn.

Edit: the vid in my sig is not with the n1 on, that's my other old ebay fart pipe. they do run out of the packing or whatever after about 4-6 months. hehe. next time i'm gonna get a real deal muffler.
