My WTF! car wont start Part 2.
Ok so here the deal, I solved the problem of the fuel pump not priming. Now the problem of the starter is the last hurtle. I took the starter off and hooked up the power and jumped a wire from it to the signal wire and it came to life with no problem. But when its attached to the signal wire and the key is turned there is no movement, I checked the starter signal fuse and switched it and still nothing. All the fuses seem fine when checked, what am I missing?

Did you check the wire to see if you were actually getting voltage at the starter?

Im thinking a ground. Happened to a friend of mine, Honda couldnt even figure it out, and all it was was a ground. Try sanding all them down.
