i under stand what you are saying but please think about it from my side.
example some one sends me a b16 valve cover for just a paint. i quote them $30
i buy paint stripper and paint and a tack cloth $10-12, then i take my time to tape and prep it. then i paint it and bake it until it is perfect. and sent it back to them ups $10. so i only make like $8-10 dolars out of it. so i see what you are saying but i have seen others trying to paint them for like 50-75.
i am in no way trying to make alot of money about this, i even posted a very detailed how to paint and shave a vlave cover. im just painting for people who dont trust themselves or too lazy and want it done right. because i sell them i will never send them one that came out badley.

Re: my whole day project (Eibach95Civic)
Buy an OEM crank pulley. They are balanced properly. You can buy a CTR pulley from heeltoeauto.com or anywhere else. It is very light, only because you can't use A/C or power steering with it.

Re: my whole day project (BeerMan)
yeah...go with OEM crank pulley... many of those "lightweight" ones have a fame of causing problems...check hondaautomotiveparts.com for price...
