My Turbocharged Hybrid Hatch (56k maybe)
(lots of pics)
i finaly have a garage to park it in now, so i'm not so paranoid about it disapearing...
hope this can stay here for a little bit before it gets shipped off to the appearance forum.
1992 Civic Cx
jdm B18C1
t3/t4
i'll give more specs in a minute - the pics aren't the greatest quality, since they're scans
i'll post up the dyno this weekend, and better engine shots, in the Forced Induction section.
couple more things...
1. yes the front bumper looks like ****, and yes the piping is sticking out a bit
2. yes i need a filter, i'm only running the screen while i wait for the piping
3. yes the bumper doesn't line up with the hood
4. no it's not grounded wrong
5. yes my windshield is cracked
6. yeah i need a dumptube
7. this is not a show car

Re: My Turbocharged Hybrid Hatch (MrJasey)
Is your I/C preventing your bumper from fitting properly? I don't really notice the gap between your bumper and the hood nor do I notice the piping that you speak of in those pictures.
But, if these problems are realted to the I/C, you can drill holes on the slanted part of the bumper beam(further back than the holes you have now), making the I/C slant inwards a little. This will allow your bumper to fit perfectly.
This will change the position of some of your piping(coming from the turbo to the I/C) and it may or may not cause a problem. When I say problem, I mean the piping connecting to your turbo may slip off when under boost(especially if you have the bling bling chrome piping that comes with the Drag or Rev-hard kits). If it does, you can cut the end of the pipe that goes up to the turbo slightly at an angle and sand it down to keep it from slipping off.
Hehe, I had this problem in the summer and thats how I resolved it. Just thought this may have been the problem, because it sounds a lot like the problem I was having. If its not, oh well.

There's a time and a place for a fisheye lens. This isn't one of them. Nice car though. BTW, what lens is that? Only WA's I can think of that dramatic are a century .3x or a nikon fisheye adapater for a 450 digital camera.

haha yep. i was actually just playing around with the camera, i thought it had been stolen with my car, but it turns out it was just hiding in the garage. and the original lens is still missing in action, and the 77mm is all i have right now.
it's an old Nikon F3 - and i was using a vivitar 77mm. it's not digital, it's ooooold. and the quality isn't that great thanks to my scanner.
