My suspension setup, will it all work
I have a 2k Civic 4 Door DX with Drums
I am redoing my suspension to get rid of my massive wheelhop
I am going with Acura Integra LS Rear Disk Brakes
01 Acura Integra LS Rear Disk AEM Brake Pads (came with the brakes) [got em cheap no 5 lug for me 4x 100 is cool for now]
Omni Power Full Coilovers, Front Camber Kit , Rear Shim
Suspension Techniques Speedtech Sway Bar System
SRR Rear Control Arms
Will all of this work without any moding hopefully doing the install my myself, shouldn't be 2 bad, with simple hand tools + use my firends power tools
anything that i should know before the install?
I did alot of rearching and got great prices of everything
brakes 130
omni special ( watch these bad boys will go up to 1200, becuase thats how much they are worth wait and see more and more people seeing how great these things are)
sway bar from modacar
srr 185 shipped
so not 2 bad, hopefully should handel real nice

Re: My suspension setup, will it all work (Quad-Damge)
Well, if you zero out your front camber, you'll get rid of a whole bunch of wheelhop. Don't know what it will do when you take that nice setup into the twisites/auto-x/HPDE, though.
You're going to love the Speedtech setup. It's the *****.
Everything looks nice. Cool that you're doing it to a 4-door.

Very very nice setup.
But now, since you're getting all those quality products, do a full Energy Suspension bushing kit for even better feel.

the omni's are fucken sweet and the sway bar is stupid thick, only thing i dislike is the tie bar, it's not very thick and feels cheap, not like the tie down really does **** anyways, but the sway and coilovers and chambers are mad hot, im loving it, hopefully next week, i can install

let us know how they ride... Any idea what the front and rear spring rates are? That's really not a bad price for all that stuff... I guess only real-world use will prove or dis-prove its quality. Please keep us posted though. I'm intrigued. Thanks!

Hey ... heads up on the rear shim. Don't use them. There was just a thread on here about how the unthreaded part of the bolt is too long. Here is my ghetto *** drawing of what I mean. I have the fronts and I love them. No squeaks or anything!
//////////----------) <- OMNI Bolt
///////////////-----) <- Bolt you need.
Get it? // = Threads and -- = Unthreaded part

Re: My suspension setup, will it all work (snatch13)
thats pretty sweet setup, i plan on going to the same route this august, when i get all my other **** done, only thing im gonna get differnt is the tie/sway combo, i might go with the srr, looks like its the same design, but 100 bucks cheaper, but havent done much research on it yet, good luck, and keep up posted

nice.. what did you pay for everything. break it down if you could.. and have someone help you do the trailing arms.. you can do them by yourself with floor jacks. but an extra guy is always better
