My Suspension...
Okay, I have GC Coils and Tokico Illuminas... I have a Nuespeed upper front strut tower bar...
I just bought the Ingalls front and rear camber kit XT... which includes front anchore bolts and rear adjustable arms which makes my camber adjustable to:
-1.25° to +3°FRONT / -2° to +3° REAR
So now I'm gonna get a bushings kit... hopefully that will keep some weel hop from happening...
I want to know about lower and upper control arms...
are they neccessary? what exactly do they do? are there benefits of aftermarket ones? i see people use integra LCA's.... whats this about?
also... when i do a rear disc conversion from a 94-01 integra... will my suspension parts still fit?
THANKS!

Yeah. Sometimes they need to be replaced and people just choose to go w/ aftermarket. I believe the SRR LCAs are 2lbs lighter than stock(that is each LCA, 4lbs combined)...not a big difference. Also bling factor.

Awesome thanks alot... with my 450 r 350 f spring rates, i dont think a rear sway bar would help my oversteer any
I'm just wondering what's up with the LCA's. I guess they're the same as the 92-95s? Also... just again checking...
My suspension parts... shocks, coils, camber kits will all still bolt up with rear disc from integ?
And i just wanted the camber kit to adjust it a little bit... not straight up and down, but not so that my tires wear....
and is it a good idea to set the toe to 0 in the front and .08 in the rear? and alignment?

toe is more of a preference than anything... test n tune...
i like to run about an 1/8" total front toe out and 0 in the rear.
that's from an autocrossing standpoint, i don't know what you do with your car...

From what I've heard...the Integra's LCAs are the same as the Civic SiR...which is the same as the USDM Civic, only with the rear sway bar option, which will help out a lot...I did it.
Also, the upper control arms are usually swapped out for camber kits like the Skunk2 or SPC(it that right?) for the camber kit with more adjustibility.

my setups gonna be a daily driver/weekend race setup... drag, not auto X... i have no e-brake skillz
maybe ill just set the toe to 0 all around?
The rear sway bar would help?!?!
and I think the LCA's and SiR's ARE the same as the USDM 88-00 or 92-00 civics... hmm... so I should get that conversion and throw in the sway bar? what brands are good?
The uppers, I think I'm staying stock? I know I got rear adjustable arms, i think that takes care of it... and the front has anchore bolts only... this work good?

Yes. The tires/shocks help with grip and stability. When you take a hard turn or jerk your car, the opposite side of your car tends to lift in the air. The sway bar evens out the energy of the turn and pretty much pushes the lifting side of your car down. You'll get oversteer with it, which is a good thing because Honda's tend to have understeer. Understeer is good for daily driving, but for any enthusiast or someone that likes to go fast, oversteer is a good thing.

Re: (Cheivic)
I'm not sure what using an e-brake and autocrossing have in common but if you don't plan on racing competitively, I would just get an OEM 13mm or 14mm rear swaybar off a RS->GSR Integra. Not big enough to make your car twitchy, but definitely a nice mod.
