my sunday adventure (hopefully imagestation will resize, if not, you're screwed)
my b18c1 had a nasty compression leak, so 2 sundays ago i finally fixed it by re-ringing the number 1 piston. here are some pics if you care.
look at the balance! not really just to help keep it in place.
what a beaut, aye? thought it was a good pic with the whole camo hat thing....
here's me scraping the failed attempt of just using honda-bond as an oil pan gasket. i'm still convinced it would work if i used enough....

Very nice, I sure wish I could work at that break neck speed. I always seem to run into a problem that takes me and extra couple hours to fix.

With the camoflauge hat it make me believe you stay just outside of Jacksonville. It seems the number of Jacksonville H-Ters is growing more and more, it's getting hard to keep up with most of them.

if you dont mind me asking, why did you pull the whole motor out just to change rings? Did you do some other work that required having the motor out, because it seems to me way easier to just leave the motor in and pull off the head and drop the oil pan.
