Default my shocking eg

recently everytime I get out of my car after turning the key I get a shock from the car. I don't have to drive the car just turn the key to at least acc. what can cause that/ what should I be looking for.

I don't really know. But what I do is open the door and keep touching the door until I close it. That seems to help.

I've been experiencing the same problem, but here's it's chilled off so I've been wearing a hoodie/jacket. My final answer would be static electricity from your clothing rubbing your seats.
