Default My project 93 hatch... need opinions

Gonna try to pick up a 93 hatch with light front end damage for about 500 bux. Haven't checked the car out...but was told it runs fine, just needs the body work, and all else is great. Anyway... My teg friend has mentioned a few swaps and turbo kits and what not, but now it is time for your guys opinions. I have a budget of around 4,500 (this will allow me to keep my other modded car as a dialy driver). I was planning on snagging up a b18b1 and throwing the drag 3 kit on it... or should i go for just a straight b18c1 swap with boltons and maybe some juice (75 shot) on the track. What do you reccomend and what kinda times can i expect? I was guessing low 13's with the drag 3 on the b18b1 and maybe high 13's on the b18c1 (non juiced). Can you guys think of any other options? My goal is to be in the low 13's and have it as a second daily driver if need be.
Links, time slips, howto's, cheap engines....all that is appreciated...along with opinions.

ok, first figure out what you wanna do. By that i mean motor wise. Most guys prefer to go with the b16 or b18, in VTEC variants. However, you can save a bit of cabbage going with the non vtec b18 engine. And, with the added turbo you will end up with a decent car. There are basically 2 turbo kits out there that most people use. One being the Greddy kit and the other being the Drag 3 kit. Most will however tell you that the greddy kit isnt quite as strong or has as much potential for bigger boost down the road. And, i think the greddy kit costs more. There are other options however like an all motor set up, LS/VTEC< CRVTEC, B20 with LS head, but those can be left for other posts.
