Default My poor civic is freaking out (Please Help)

Hey i bought my 97 honda civic coupe dx in the fall and its held up well all threw winter, but just recently i noticed my car is making alot of clunking noise wile turning. So i figured its the CV joints going out, and i need to find out where to get new ones. Also! Another problem has arisen, my back right tire has locked up on three different occasions, and every time i had to take the wheel off and the last time i did i turned down the sensitivity of the breaks hoping it would help, so far so good on that issue, but I realy would love some help nursing my car back to good help. Im realy worried about my baby, and its been parked for the time being.

CV Joints are a pain to replace yourself... you will have to rent a tool just to do the job.

At a shop they will charge you about $220 a piece so if both sides is out... thats $440.

You can get the parts about 60 bucks a piece and put them in yourself just a lil' bit of time needed.

Just replace the whole axle. They are about 60 to 70 bucks a side with a lifetime warranty at most auto part places. You dont need a special tool and its pretty easy to do.
