Default My Password Strut bar is bad

I bought a password Jdm Strut bar.. I wanted the x brace but they dont have it yet for the coupe four door

The bar looks nice but it is definatly too light and it flexes with my hands.. Its not what I expected especially for the money i spent.. After all that they said its better then carbing and stuff it still flexes. Sorry password you guys messed up on this one

I'm happy with my ebay strut bar

$20 shipped for ctr replica front strut and trunk floor brace. they had ribbed bars so they're quite rigid

the design isnt bad, its the material. if u were to take a solid piece of metal and a hollow piece of metal with the same OD you would find that the solid piece would flex more if you were to suspend weight from it. think about a roll cage, its hollow. again, i think the design is there its just a lack of quality material. metal stock is expensive.

You dont understand, sure you can bend the brace by hand but when its on the car it pushes left to right and right to left. It is not exactly how you think. The middle does not bend up or down like you think.

I believe with these bars it will create oversteer, which is not bad.

I don't like Password... but hey it's just me !!is way too over priced for used JDM stuff...

Buy at HMO... you won't go wrong !!! plus Steve will take care of it if something is wrong with the stuff you bought from him !!

You believe that a two-point strut bar will create oversteer?

i think its called a solid bar cuz its not hinged.. its one whole piece.. and the carbing bars are solid but solid as in one piece those things are hollow too<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Timmay &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">

and no one has made an xbrace for the front.. i've seen 3 point bars but no xbraces.

I had a password JDM front and rear bar. And just replaced them both with cusco ones. I am alot happier with the construction of the cusco.
