Look up paintless dent removal in the yellowpages. Make sure they at least do contract work for local dealerships (generally a good sign they are competent at what they do). I have seen artists in this profession and I have seen con artists in this profession. Be cautious and get references.
I watched a transformation on a severely hail damage honda one time at a dealership, and simply could not believe what I was seeing. Amazing. Expect to pay around $50-$100 per panel. Them gaining access to the panel is most of the work generally, once the get access them removing the ding/dent is quick.
