RPM Services are the ones that make the throttlebodeies for Erick's Racing. Which technically are the owners of the fastest all-motor honda in the world. So good choice I guess!

Can a throttle body have negative effects if it is too big?

yes just like the intake, and exhaust
if it is too big it will kill low end performance.

Wouldn't happen to know how big is just enough for a d16y8 would you?

hehe too many variables
like exhaust size, intake size, intake manifold, etc etc.

if you dont have an upgraded intake manifold its a waste of money IMO

But the TB doesn't really give hp gains anyway right? It's more for a quicker response? I mean I would guess it would give you an hp gain if it was bottle-necking your system, but not under normal circumstances, correct?

Don't ask who the distributor is because I won't tell you. I will say that alot of people on this board have bought stuff from them before
