The B16B(CTR) is the the Si Engine with higher compression. Higher compression more HP.

You could always go with a B18C5 (Integra Type R) and gain more torque for about the same price

If you want to go with a Turbo down the road, people usually suggest a B18C1 (Integra GSR).

A B16B is nothing like the Si engine.

B16B has different cams, different valve train, etc. Not to mention is uses a destroked B18 block unlike the B16A2 which has it's own block.

And to the thread starter, yes it is a decent engine, but if you're gonna be "fully built" why are you going with such an expensive motor??? You're gonna rip out everything, so might as well go with a cheaper B18C1 and rebuild that.
