i have a b16a2 swap i bought and some guy installed it and its running. when i recieved the swap it came with a automatic jdm b16 ecu. i pluged in my p28 ecu car was off battery dissconnected it started smoking so i quickly unplugged it. i dont think the guy ran the knock sensor wire and also my engine is throwing out a couple of codes bad intake air tempreture sensor, and throttle position sensor. And my car runs fine with the automatic ecu.i dont get it

does anyone know what i should do or what might be wrong?
