My idle is perfect but when i hold the revs at 1500rpms car starts to....
hey when i start the car the idle is fine, my only cel is 10 and 14, when i hold the revs at 1500 the revs then begin to drop and rise, in a bouncing motion between 1000-2000, if i go above that and just drive its fine
but if i hold the revs at any rpm it does that same bouncing crap
any suggestions could it be my cel's?

you have the plugs pluged up wrong.. Try putting the IAC plug on the IAT and vice versa

yea i tried that and when i switch the iat plugs my idle goes crazy, cant even drive the car soon as i press the throttle the car shuts off

happened to me too. take your IACV off and spray the mesh with carb cleaner, let it dry out, put it back on and reset your ecu

lol what more do u need to know about the setup, its a completely stock b16, as in injectors manifold, everything, it is using the civic si sohc vtec harness,

I had a similar problem on a different engine(sohc). I replaced the IACV and it solved the problem.

what ecu are you using?
is it chipped?
does it happen under light throttle only? : less than 5%
my guess if you've checked everything else that your possibly using a p28 and that its bad.
try another ecu if you can.
EDIT: also give me the colors of what you have plugged up where, and ill double check to make sure its connected right.
clean out the iacv, swap one out if you can to check.

p30 chipped with uberdata, on a stock gsr map
yes only happens under light throttle, once i'm passed 2000 rpms the car drives fine
i have not tried another ecu, but i have tried another chip and it has the same problem, maybe i should try another ecu
i'll name the colors in a second, and i'll try cleaning out the iacv

One problem might be the fact that you're running GS-R maps on a B16. When you tried another chip, did it also have GS-R maps on it? Have you tried a stock P30?

maps shouldnt matter. that wouldnt cause a signifigant problem like that.
ive run gsr maps, even a sohc d16 map on a jdm b16 with no problems.
im willing to bet alot that its the ecu itself. its probably shot.
try another one when you can. any ecu will do, doesnt have to be for ur motor.
