Don't they have a 100% startup guarantee? I'd call them and list everything you've tried and see what they say.

if you don't think you are getting fuel check and see, make sure all your grounds are ground and like said before make sure pump is priming, a worn, weak sohc feul pump will not put out enough fuel for a b16, factory they b16s come with 135lph pump versus the 79lph pump your sohc cam came with. also check relay if pump is not priming and filter if it is, one last thing check ur fuses, if all that checks out call steve cause it prolly your coil or something else iin the dizzy. hope this helps
P.S. I got my b16a swap from steve and it has run fine for the last 2 years/50k miles and doesn't burn any oil

Yea, I've heard a few people get lucky...more cons than pros about it. He sent me a cracked intake manny, and the area around the timing belt was burnt to hell(fire?)
When I asked him to replace it if I sent it back to him, he never responded...this was a day after receiving my b16a2 engine...
3rd gear grind was a bitch in it, and it's compression was all fucked up.

Re: (loc lowd)
I had a problem with my car not starting. Does it crank at all? Mine didnt crank. I Didnt have the tranny ground hooked up. Even if you have all the grounds hooked up add a couple and see if that works

Same here. IAS is the only way to go.
Check all your grounds. Check all the fuses with a multimeter. Sometimes they can be blown and don't look like it.
I have a spare 99 si fuel pump if you are interested.

only if its installed by a proffesional... </TD></TR></TABLE>
Care to explain that a little more? What is considered a professional? How about us backyard guys.
I had someone bring me a motor from HMO and we threw it in and it started right up, runs strong and clean as all hell. But if i was to get a motor from them and it doesnt start up i would hope to get a refund or a new motor.

read the fine print on there web site what i mean by a proffesonal is like a shop, my friend got a b16 from them and we put it in and it ran great but i have heard so many horror stories that, what make buying a motor from them any less risky than buying a motor from anyone else... get my drift, at least on ebay you could go after them for selling you a junky motor... threw an escrow service
