Having Issues with my radiator fan because after my 00' civic warms up and it's at normal temperature it does not spin. And I need help to why it won't?
It's fluid is fine
Everything looks connected
And it doesn't over heat, and also my heater doesn't work.
Anybody had this problem and suggestions to fix?

What made you realize this? Did it overheat?

You can run battery power to the fan to ensure it functions. The Thermoswitch near the thermostat triggers the fan relay. The fan on my 91 does not trigger until about 8 minutes of idling after heating up. You may want to run the engine at a high idle (2000-2500) to make this a faster test.

Also, you might want to flush your heater core. you'd be suprised at what kind of stuff can get stuck in there.

Heater still not working...?
I'm wondering, my lower hose takes awhile to get warm from my radiator .(my upper hose gets really hot!)
And I know it leads to thermostat, doesn't mean my thermostat is bad?
How do I know if this is my heater core? Or thermostat?

have you check your fuse, relay or ground connection? and define heater not working? do you mean it totally dead and won't turn on, or do you mean it working but won't blow warm/hot air?

I haven't checked for ground yet but I'll get on it.
And my blower works but I can't get warm/hot air to come throu..?
