Default Is my headgasket gone again?

Last sunday I finished up my Y8 MiniMe swap on my B8 Block, ran the car with no IACV briefly, and Blew the radiator, Pulled it back in, put the right intake manifold back on, new radiator, and now I have coolant in my oil, and its so bad as to when the car is idling, coolant is LEAKING out of the exhaust. Anything aside from a toasted headgasket could cause this?

I have ARP studs, I heard I need to torque them to 60 instead of the normal 53, is this true? and what HG should I buy and from where to replace the one I blew *Assuming I did*

Can't think of any other way coolant could get into the oil and cyliders, other than a cracked head or cylinder(s).

Honda HG.

Block is solid, Head just got re-done before install at machine shop with new valves and seals. never went over 1/2 on my temp gauge, so I'm sure nothing has cracked.

Where should I pickup a Honda HG? and should I use Copper Spray on it?

Simply do a leakdown and check if the coolant bubbles out the radiator filler. Simple yet effective and definitive test.

did it over heat? that'll ruin the gasket.

They milled the head for me to remove any warpage. VERY reputable area machine shop, that and it didn't start really gushing coolant untill the day after I lost my rad.

Never over-heated.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your mini me. I haven't had much luck with mine either (same block/setup). Just did a compression test and got 0, 60, 190, and 205 in order. I have to disassemble mine tomorrow to find out what's going on. As for you headgasket, I got mine (Y8) from the dealer for just under $40. Hope you find out what's going on with your setup, I'll be checking back for updates.

I found my problem, it was a bent valve. Probably more than one, but definitely one is not closing all the way. Gotta take all the valves out now.

Bummer.

My Machineshop Tested all my valves, and found only 2 to be bent when I first bought the head
