My hatch build-up project is almost complete.....
...can hardly wait, I should 'finish' it this weekend. You can see most of the details/mods in my Profile below, but basically I took my totalled 99GSR and put ALL the mecanicals into the 93 Civic hatch: Engine, tranny, brakes, suspension, sway bars, etc. There's more to come over the coming months but for now this first phase of the build up is almost complete.
Just wanted to also thank those on this board with the help when I needed it. For a recap, this was my first build/swap and I did ALL this work myself, in a storage bin, with no power tools what so ever, so it certainly went a bit slower than normal but that's ok cause I wanted to do it all slowly to learn everything and to get it all right. I did have some help with rebuilding the internals of my tranny, but that's about it. Anyways, I cant wait to drive it and to have it tuned/dialed-in properly(both the engine and the suspension).

Absolutely NO power tools, just these tired & banged up hands
But yeah it was fun doing the build up, now all I have to do is finish it up by doing the wiring and putting on the exhaust, oh and getting an alignment. Cant wait till I can actually DRIVE it again, but so far it feels great.

Sounds cool, I did the same thing on a smaller scale, transfering stuff from my EJ to my EH.

Props for doing everything yours self! I also did a simillar amount of work for my 93 hatch. Pretty soon I'll be building my sleeved 2.0 LSVtec, I can't wait for that.
