Is it my fuel filter? (searched already)
When my car has barely any gas...it takes awhile to turn on when i first turn the ignition..but when my car has gas..it turns on quickly..could it be my fuel filter?..or something else....i searched honda-tech archieved and learned when the car sputters or bad idle , blah blah blah...but no threads answered my question...thanks

that's normal. does it run fine when it starts up?
keep that tank full, especially in the winter. condensation gets in there when it's empty (and cold) and can cause problems.
