my first swap??
ok this will be my first swap and i need to know what parts (mounts, harness adapter,etc..) would i need to put a b18 from a 93 teg into my 95 hatch?? or if anyone knows a guide i would appreciate that to.. o and if possible the price range of the parts... i have the full teg with the motor and all the hook ups with it. it still runs and drives but i want the motor in my hatch my a ((little sarcastic right here->)b15 died from all that high end torque they put out.

Re: my first swap?? (-=ZAK=-)
you will need shift linkage, tranny, motor, mounts, ecu, and axles from a b-series. and also...to put a DA's motor into an EG...you will need a hydro tranny. so your tranny is useless for that swap unless you get the cable/hydro conversion thing from hasport.
so pretty much buy a new hydro tranny and use everything from the teg (mounts, linkage, axles, ecu). im pretty sure thats all you need for an ls swap.
anyone add in anything i may have forgotten.

He can't use the cable tranny mount, but he can use the top tranny mount from his 1.5 or 1.6 but he will need a back tranny mount from a 94 or 95 integra, plus if your going to get the hydro tranny u'll need a new half shaft and axles from a 94-up integra or 99-00 si. Or if you want to use the half shaft and axles from the 93, you could get use the seal from the cable tranny in the hydro tranny cause the seal is bigger and that half shaft will work.. downfall of that is it may leak some.

Yeah lol, i'm currently in the middle of putting a b16 in my 93 hatch lol, I didn't feel like changing my seal on my tranny so I went and bought the newer half shaft and axles and everything.

Re: my first swap?? (slo_hatch)
In my particular area theres almost nothing available when it comes to B-series parts. There was never an acura dealership here, closest one is almost 2 hours away, so there aren't many integras on the road even, probably less than 20. Theres absolutely nothing in the junkyards. Basically it all comes down to where you live when it comes to what used parts go for.
