Turbonetics
Greddy
HKS
PeakBoost
Edlebrock

Abd 7-8psi shouldn't be your goal, 7-8 psi on one turbo might make 20whp, and the other might blow your engine because it's too much power.

WHP should be a goal.

That's stretching it a bit.

I was just using those as an example. Smaller VW/Audi turbo's usually run about 7-8 psi on factory vehicles and the gains are minimal.

Some are the size of your hand.

And anyone with a b-series honda making 270whp at 6psi has a kick *** tuner and a modded motor.

Go here.
http://www.clubsi.com/dyno.shtml

Look at the bottom of the page. Napalms Drag dyno 3 turbo kit result should give you a hint to what you are looking at depending on your current mods.

Um, 18G's are tiny. They're beefed up versions of Garret T25 turbos (1G DSM).

The top-left is a Garret T25, the one under it is a Greddy 18G.
