My ek passenger power window is off the rail
So my friend slammed the door and the power window got off track, it would roll up and down but only halfway, then i tried to force it by pulling the window, and now it won't go down, the motor just clicks and vibrate,
i open the door panel, one side of the window is literally off the rail, so my question is, how the heck do i get it back on the rail? am i suppoed to take more pieces of my door, like the metal panels etc for easier access? |
Re: My ek passenger power window is off the rail
Typical problem, plenty of threads on it. You have take it out and re track it, the main issue is the run channel. You can try to reposition it, but may pop off again. Look at the regulator make sure it is not snapped. I would get a new run channel.
