cool project
ditch the taillights
for changing the interior to black either find a black interior or use some good paint that won't chip. on my rear interior panels i painted them black to match the door panels and I used SEM color coat for plastic and vinyl. Satin black worked great and looks OEM. Also, the paint is "flexible, permanent, and chip-resistant". I tried chipping it just to test it and I couldn't get it to chip.
Either way though, I recommend getting as many black parts as you can, and then as a last resort paint the pieces you can't find in black. Oh, and definitely find a black dash... don't paint it. OEM black dash looks way better.

just to let you know, "amber corners" do not come from japan, they may be made there, but they arent Ferio corners.
that things rough but i believe it will look nice very soon. GOOD LUCK! [watch out for thieves]

this should help
http://www.hondacivicforum.com/forum...ad.php?t=58988
Because the reflector housings aren't designed to work with HIDs and they'll create more glare than halogens.
However, most cops either don't care or won't notice, though you may run into the occasional *******.
The glare isn't that bad anyway... I see more glare from other cars from being low to the ground than others do from my HIDs.
