Default is my ECU fried???

my mom's car (sedan auto '92) was working fine yesterday and today it won't start

-no fire, no gas
-CEL light never turn off, but there is no flashing error code when bypassing the 2 sockets, it just always stays on (and I've checked cel code before)
-fuel pump works when manually powered with 12v but is not powered when starting normally
-main relay is fine

is my mom's ecu fired?

Try another ECU and see if it works.. But check all fuses first.

The ECU could very well be fried. Ive had this happen to me, the thing is that for what ever reason that side of the car is prone to leak water right where the ecu is. Thats how mine got fried and you can open the ecu up and look at it and see if it looks fried or you can smell it. Thats how i figured mine was fried it kinda smells like a blown speaker
