that shows you revving past 8500rpms. Is that safe with stock valve springs? I was just wondering because my reprogrammed ecus rev limiter is at nine but I still havent taken past 8100. (jdm b18c sir)

Thats my roommate!! His car is soo sweet, has to be one of the most badass eh2's (eg's) i have seen! Being the engine is still stock its not the best thing to do with stock valve train, But when he got the ecu he was thinking in ahead, being the future may hold better valve-train and cams! eric

seems like everyone running that ECU are making good power..but one concern: Mike K had this ecu on his R and hementioned it also made good power, but the gas mileage drop off. How is your gas mileage????

Kenji showed me a dyno chart of his car, its a 98 itr with spec a's and exhaust i think. . . Anyway, his ecu lost 1 peak hp, but picked up like 13 mid range hp and tq.

Yes when i put the ecu in it felt liek i picked up power but i have no charts to compare, now gas milage i still get around 28mpg so its not bad at all.

I run Kenji's ECU and my B18C5 outpowers most of the local ITRs with less mods than they have.
With his ECU, AEM CAI for 99-00 Si, and Tanabe RD exhaust I dynoed 175/123 to thw wheels.
Kenji's ECU rocks - PERIOD!

If you want gas mileage, get an Insight.
Well i will probably be throwin a B18c1 in my hatch also and it will be daily driven.....soooooo.
Good Numbers
