Default My DIY stainless braided clutch MC line..

hey guys...i did this a while back, but decided to post up a pic of it.

I noticed that my rubber line that went from the master cylinder to the resevoir was getting cruddy, so i went to the hardware store and got 1/4" (if i remember correctly) stainless braided line from the plumbing section, cut the ends off, got some 1/4" worm-hose-clamps and put it on there.

I asked the worker there, just to make sure, if the lines would hold up against corrosion/deteriation from many fluids. he asked me what fluid...i told him brake fluid...and he gave me the "you're an idiot" look and said of course they'll be OK....that bastid...anywho..enjoy..

oh, i almost forgot...I felt a slight difference..engaged firmer than before...even if you don't want to use stainless braided...i'd suggest getting a new one...cuz it helps. I still have to change my clutch line (i ordered the FLP stainless braided one), and i think that'll be a good combo.

Pretty slick. Wouldn't have thought of that on my own. Good job!
