Default my clutch grinds when i shift..???
why does my clutch grind when at high revs..??? even if i shift slow it still grinds.. as long as its close to redline... why? bad clutch or tranny?

It is most likely your trany grinding. There are sincronizers for each gear that are probably warn out. When at low RPM's the sincro's can still keep the gears lined up to shift smooth but when at high rpm's it is harder to keep in time with one another.

how can i do to fix it???

is it gona break down my tranny if i dont fix it???

should i get new clutch?

its not your clutch its your tranny....your gonna do some repairs or replace your tranny.....up to you...
