Default My Civic pics

The car is 99.9% sold, but I know some of you wanted to see pics.
The car is $6000.00 with 13" steel wheels on it.
B16A built swap, 168.8hp/114.1tq at the wheels.

The springs are Motorola Cup spec models for Integra Type R.
AutoSport South used to run 2 Integra Type R's in '97 for that circuit.
They are same as stock ITR ride height, but extremely stiff with different progressive rates. You can't buy these anywhere. They are the best springs I have even owned.

Too low is ghetto anyway. Messes up the suspension geometry and such.
This car is balanced extremely well. There are a few people here who have driven it, or rode with me.. and they can all attest to this.

Let me go take an engine shot... be back in a few.

To all the haters...
yes, it's a real Spoon valve cover
yes, there's a brand new ITR tranny in there
yes, that's a brand new ITR head reworked by AutoSport South

The tires are 195/50R15 Bridgestone Potenza RE910 on 15x6.5 Volk CE28.

Not sure about 1/4 miles, but it runs consistent 9.1's in the 1/8th mile, with my best being a 9.02@80.1mph. I got a 2.20 60ft that run.

So it's a low low 14 second car, high 13s with a better, and lighter driver. (I am 230lbs, so the hatch is back to stock wieght with me in it, LOL)

Its too high for me but still a clean car. I would paint the moldings and the mirrors to match as well.

and for some easy whp why not switch to a better intake manifold. You know its holding you back a little depending on where you are concentrating on making your power.

Either way its on its way to be something special. All it takes is time and money! I know, been working on mine for 4 years now. But its pretty much done now. Just need a new colour, well a different pearl for a greater show affect.

nice car man!

Actually, the ITR manifold is not a good choice for a mildly modified B16A.
That is what I originally had on there, and I switched back to the B16A manifold.
By switching back to the B16A piece, I lost 2 peak hp and picked up a solid 3-4hp and tq in the midrange from 5000-6800 or so.

The runners on the ITR manifold are larger and meant for more top end. But the fact that the runners are as large as they are, causes the velocity to go down.
I don't know about you, but I wanna keep as much low end and mid on a B16A as I possibly can!

Mike K, did that car come standard with A/C or did you have it installed? If you did have it installed how much did it run you? By the way the car looks good
